Established in 2009 and operating throughout England and Wales, Archive & Document Scanning Ltd provide a range of document management and digitisation solutions. Providing digitisation services to all types and sizes of businesses and organisations across the private, public and charity sectors.

Archive & Document Scanning Ltd (ADS) offer all types of digitising services including  document scanning and document shredding. Prior to starting a contract ADS provide advice based on project to ensure the client is completely comfortable that their document scanning requirements are being fully met.

Archive & Document Scanning have regional offices in London, the South East and South West England. This ensures ADS are able to provide the local support and service our customers expect.

We use the very latest Kodak Alaris Capture© software to scan documents, which we can then output into a variety of file format of the customers choice.

Our process


1. Collection

Archive and Document Scanning staff come to your site and collect your documents. We use unmarked vans for added security. The Archive and Document Scanning team can also offer a bespoke service to Sort, File and Box for you at your site, saving your staff time identifying, listing and packing paperwork.


2. Preparation

Boxes are stored on customer-dedicated steel racking. Pre-scanned checks are performed including the removal of paper clips staples and bindings.

Fully trained operators scan your documents in black and white or colour in accordance with British Standard BIP0008 with the dpi adjusted to maintain a high quality image.

Archive and Document Scanning offers clients a cloud based storage service via your own portal on our website allowing secure access to your documents at multiple locations anywhere in the world at any time.

Your documents are shredded in line with British Standard EN15713 with a 100% of shredded  paper being recycled. A free Certificate of Destruction is issued to you once the shredding has been completed.
