Are you protecting your data with Password Protection?

We all know data is precious and should be shielded from prying eyes.

Don’t forget to password-protect any information you are sending electronically to colleagues just in case the wrong person receives it. Otherwise it might prove costly!

And the same applies to DVDs that are sent out in the post – far better to use a secure hosted cloud service and ensure passwords and restricted access is in place – only you know your password!
