In June 2014 a Hitchin based Mortgage Company was desperate to expand their office space, but did not want to move. A large proportion of thier existing space was taken up with the storage of files and client records.
ADS suggested that if they scan thier client files, the the space taken up by the archive boxes and filing cabinets could be put to good use by setting up new work stations and desks to make the existing space more productive.
ADS scanned thier records and then shredded thier files. The files will now be scanned on a regular basis to keep the space saving program working.
