A large firm of Solicitors based in Southend on Sea, Essex, has chosen ADS to scan all thier client files on a monthly basis.
As the company has grown, they are rapidly running out of storage space in their offices, and asked ADS to help them with thier document management project. ADS collects the client files every month where they are taken back to ADS’s secure location to be securly scanned.
Every month the data is returned to the customer and loaded onto thier company network. The files are then securly shredded and a free certificate of destruction issued.
The company unfortuantly suffered a fire a number of years ago, and they are currently looking at the ADS cloud storage to be part of their Disarster recovery strategy.
The ADS cloud storage will also enable the fee earners to access their client files while on the move, for example going to court.
