ADS Digital Managed Mailroom solution gives you all the benefits of an out-sourced and off-site facility processing all your inbound mail and packages.
This will relieve you of the space pressures in sorting, processing and storing these items, as well as positively impacting on your site overheads.
ADS can digitise and index the thousands of postal items received daily and ensure all these paper documents that would normally arrive at your organisation are digitally distributed either to a central hub or to the individual.
For physical assets which arrive via parcel deliveries, ADS can store and then transfer these items to you as and when you need – from daily to monthly.
We can record a photographic image of each item and transfer the images to your organisation or put them onto our cloud storage facility which is a secure, password protected environment.

What Can I expect from ADS?
Our team will come to your offices or chosen location and pick up your documents for scanning. We use unmarked, plain vans as an added layer of security. We can also sort, file and box your documents saving you and your own team time.
We check and prepare all documents before scanning including removing paperclips, staples, and binds.
3. Document Scanning
Our fully trained operators scan your documents in either black and white or colour with the DPI set to generate a high-quality image. All scanning is compliant with British Standard BIP0008.
4. Image Preparation
Our team carry out quality checks on all documents.
