Where documents of a sensitive nature are involved e.g. legal, financial and medical then ADSW can ensure that the project is completed confidentially.
ADSW will personally collect your documents from your site in the South West of England to ensure ‘end to end’ security. After scanning and converting your paperdocuments into a digital format we will proceed with confidential shredding when authorised to do so by you, and then complete the job with a Certificate of Destruction.
Whether you require on-site scanning or help to sort and pack your files ADSW are able to offer this service fully project managed. Using the latest software technology from Kodak® and Canon® ADSW will convert your documentation to whichever format suits you best.
Our new Cloud based storage system, with secure customer access through our web site, allows our clients access to their documents from mobile devices or remote locations anywhere in the world.
