Archive and Document Scanning have been appointed by the Breast Cancer Haven charity to scan their client’s files which been stored at the various branches throughout the UK. The project was designed to centralise all the files onto a data base where all the files could be accessed and shared by branches in Worchester and Cheltenham, and London. The project was coordinated in the Hereford Branch where all the files were collated, and this is where Archive and Document Scanning collected files from the basement storage area and returned them to our Hertfordshire production area for preparation and scanning. The encrypted USB memory stick was delivered back to Hereford to have the scanned data up-loaded to the Breast Cancer Haven computer system. The Breast Cancer Haven charity were delighted with our confidential service and rapid turnaround.
